- Situated at the back of the house, so very quiet with lovely views of the south facing garden.

- Close to all amenities including Tesco petrol station, coop, 3 restaurants and lots of walks. There is a regular bus into Perth city a short walk away.

- Access to parking via private driveway and large south facing garden which you can enjoy.

- Must be a dog lover, I have an 11 year lhasa apso who will be your pal but doesn't like cuddles, so won't bother you much. Please note Lhasa Apso's do not shed and are low allergen so no issues with allergies.

- All bills included in price including council tax and access to internet, Disney+ and Netflix.
