Double Room for Solo Occupancy

I have a double room available in a 2 bedroom terrace house. The house is in a pretty quiet residential area of Perth. Less than a 5 minute drive from the town centre, on a bus route and has lots of nice walks nearby.

Lodger would have shared use of the living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Street parking is available and there may be space for a small vehicle on the drive (to be agreed). Council tax and broadband are included as are gas & electric (within reason) but a tv licence would be required if you intend to watch live tv etc.

Availability negotiable, ideally I’m looking for a Mon-Fri occupancy but 7 day week considered. Professionals or mature students considered but absolutely no smokers, no pets and no working from home.

The neighbours are lovely, a mix of professionals, retired and young families so I’d be looking to keep the peace, literally. Which means no socials in the house but there are plenty nice pubs and cafes in town.

I work and travel away a lot but like to return to my house as neat and tidy as I left it so I’m looking for a clean, reliable person that will respect my home and house rules when I’m not there.
