I am offering for a rent a very good sized double room in a quiet area in Perth, 2 miles from the city centre. The room is furnished with an access to your own bathroom, shared kitchen, and dining room, access to the garden. There is available a parking space for a car.
I am a 57 year old single male, living alone in my own house, looking to rent out my spare room. I am a quiet and tidy person, open to people, I do not smoke and drink. I don’t have any pets. I am at work most of the days. Looking for someone quiet, clean, easygoing and non smoking. No party people please. No overnight visitors.
