Large double room in spacious city centre flat

Large double room for rent. I am the live in landlord. I'm a male young professional. In my spare time I like hiking (munro bagger), swimming, going to the gym or watching TV.

The flat is on the 4th floor bang in the centre of Perth, a stone's throw from all amenities. It has lovely views in all directions - no lift. The lodger has access to a large kitchen, a bathroom with a standalone shower and a jacuzzi bath, a large lounge and dining area, and a utility room. The bedroom is completely furnished with storage and a desk.

I am a young professional, friendly and sociable but work is very demanding so may keep myself to myself some of the time. I am pretty tidy but not OCD about it. Ideally looking for someone similar.

I am planning to sell the property in Spring of next year, so the room will only be available for a maximum of 9 months.
