Looking for student flatmate for new coming year

My current flatmate is moving outcome the new year and I am looking for a replacement. There is a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom with two private bedrooms (one of which I am using) all of which are furnished apart from the bedroom though I do have a single bed I can provide. I am going into 4th year at uni so a fellow student would be ideal, especially as the campus is on the otherside of the garden fence, there is a bus stop to the city centre 5 minutes away, and a Premier, Co-op, and a pharmacy within 15 minutes walk, there is also a drive to park cars. We have good wifi at £23 a month with Vodafone which would be split between us. Electricity and gas is payable with a dongle and a meter, but water is included in the bills. I can't currently provide pictures as the current flatmates furntiure is still in the room, but viewings are more than welcome. Let me know if youre interested.
