Double room to share all furnished with 32 inch TV.

Near to Asda, Farmfoods, TK Max and 10 minutes walking to city centre of Perth.

I work as a Marketing Executive for Land Rover and a professional videographer/editor. As well I studying part-time at the University doing IT and Software Development. I like to keep myself busy most of the time :).

I am very friendly, organised and really tidy most of the time. When I am at home I like to spend most of the time in the living room where is my office as well, where I do some video editing work, playing games, streaming, recording for my YouTube channel, listening music or just chilling.

I love cinema, theatre, art, design, music, games, travelling and radical sports.

Is a really quiet place and the house is really quiet too with a great neighbours living in the building. I do live on my own with my bengal cat Leo. Leo is an house cat, very friendly, but it can be very shy sometimes, especially when is someone new (so ideally that you like cats and you don't mind to see him around the house).

1 Big Double bedroom with a 32inch tv, 1 bathroom (Shared), 1 Big Kitchen (Shared) with two fridges, 1 living room (Not Shared), back garden, plenty off street parking, broadband, washing machine, central heating, etc.

Looking for someone serious, tidy and quiet too with same interests or not, to share one of the rooms.

No smoking allowed in the house.

No deposit needed but rent paid on advance, from the first day moved in and paid on the last day of the month afterwards. If you think leaving, please always give me 30 days notice.
