My property is located in a desirable area of Perth on the A94, (No.7 bus route) and just a 15 minute walk into Perth town centre.
Local Co-Op is a 5 minute walk away and Perth airport is 3 miles away.

No overnight guests

(Living in the house is myself, my school age daughter and our ragdoll cat)
I do Airbnb hosting, so from time to time I have nightly paying guests staying also.
