Single room for rent in a quiet, friendly home with a fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom and Wi-Fi.
All bills are included, including Council Tax. During the winter months, there may be a small additional contribution towards electricity and heating if energy costs increase.
I share my home with my friendly dog, Ty, and from time to time I also look after another dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable around doggies. 🐶
I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a quiet home, sees it as a home rather than just a room to rent, and is tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
I’m sociable, but I do enjoy my own time too.
