Double room in lovely cottage.

Hi,
I have available a double room to rent in my 2 bed cottage, with use of the whole house and amenities. There is a large garden and just a minute away from Moncrieff hill walks.
The cottage is 5 minutes from tescos and only 4 miles from Perth town centre but situated in a quite location. However the closest bus stop is a mile away at the end of the road so would possibly suit car owner but the walk really isn't so bad.

I am a professional and work Monday to Friday in a primary school in Perth. I do have animals so potential tenants should be comfortable with my dog and cat being inside, both are very well behaved and house trained.

All bills will be included in rent.
