2 rooms availalbe in Beautiful home near Dunkeld

Looking for 2 housemates for a spacious and beautiful home just outside of Dunkeld in Spittalfield.

Both rooms are available for 3 months ~ May, June, July, 2025. There is the potential to stay longer if there is resonance and it feels aligned.

2 downstairs living rooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, extra small treatment space (for bodywork that I use sometimes), backyard space with garden beds and space to grow.

Just 10 minutes down the road is Dunkeld which is a lovely town with cute cafes and markets, a great pub, sauna, and gorgeous forest paths to walk. There is a regenerative farm nearby the house and downtown, so lots of access to fresh farm foods.

2 rooms are available beginning in May

Both rooms are 800 rent per month, all bills and taxes inclusive.

One double attic room, which is basically the size of 2 rooms. Your own bathroom down the stairs with shower and bathtub, and an extra little room going into the bathroom. This room comes furnished with a bed and set of drawers and a desk.

The other double room is on the downstairs level, comes with a mattress and small couch. A small shelf unit is built into the wall and has a fireplace that a is not in use.

The house is spacious enough where we can each be in our own flow and life, while also sharing some conversation and interaction as we wish.

I will be the housemate staying, I am a 35 year old female. I am an artist, bodyworker and teacher. I am also a musician and share sound healing journeys at various events and gatherings. I work in person and online for all of my offerings. And I travel some times during the year to offer workshops in different locations.

As an artist I make drums, rattles, feather fans, and adornments. I also weave large jewelry pendants. For bodywork and teaching, I mainly work with women supporting their fertility and embodiment.

I treat my home space like my sanctuary with great care. I like a supportive place where I can cook nourishing food, create my art, and be in a peaceful flow with my work. I am not a party person or super socially active. Though I enjoy going out to visit friends and occasionally to some dances or events. I can keep pretty quiet and in my own flow, though I also like to sing and play music.

This is a very special home that has a beautiful energy. Looking for housemates that will respect the house and shared spaces. Who are generally tidy and considerate. Collaborating to create a sanctuary home and atmosphere of peacefulness and nourishment.

No party people, no drugs, no late night loud noise.
