Looking for 2-3 housemates for a spacious and beautiful home just outside of Dunkeld in Spittalfield.

Large kitchen, washing machine, storage closet & shed
2 downstairs living rooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, extra small treatment space (for bodywork that I use sometimes), extra attic space that can be for guests or to live in, backyard space with garden beds and space to grow.

Just 10 minutes down the road is Dunkeld which is a lovely town with cute cafes and markets, a great pub, sauna, and gorgeous forest paths to walk. There is a regenerative farm nearby the house and downtown, so lots of access to fresh farm foods.

2 rooms are becoming available in the coming weeks.

Both rooms are 600 to 640 rent per month, all bills and taxes inclusive (some months heating is a bit more which is why there is a range)

One double room en suite is available beginning January 2. Your own private & spacious room with private bathroom & bathtub. This room comes furnished with a bed and set of drawers. It has a large closet and build in shelves /cabinet on one wall.

One single lovely room is available beginning February 1. This room is unfurnished, perhaps could come with a double mattress. It has a good size closet with shelfs and shelves & a cabinet built into the wall. This is a shared bathroom with the other room down the hall.

There is also the potential for a 4th housemate, as there are extra rooms. There is an attic space that has been a room, and one of the 2 downstairs living rooms could be a bedroom. If it were a good fit for everyone! Couples also welcome to inquire.

Short term lets for the month of January or February will be considered!

The house is spacious enough where we can each be in our own flow and life, while also sharing some conversation and interaction as we wish.

I will be the housemate staying, I am a 35 year old female. I am an artist, bodyworker and teacher. I am also a musician and share sound healing journeys at various events and gatherings. I work in person and online for all of my offerings. And I travel some times during the year to offer workshops in different locations.

As an artist I make drums, rattles, feather fans, and adornments. I also weave large jewelry pendants. For bodywork and teaching, I mainly work with women supporting their fertility and embodiment.

I treat my home space like my sanctuary with great care. I like a supportive place where I can cook nourishing food, create my art, and be in a peaceful flow with my work. I am not a party person or super socially active. Though I enjoy going out to visit friends and occasionally to some dances or events. I can keep pretty quiet and in my own flow, though I also like to sing and play music.

Looking for housemates that will respect the house and shared spaces. Who are generally tidy and considerate. Collaborating to create a sanctuary home and atmosphere of peacefulness and nourishment.

No party people, no drugs, no late night loud noise.
