Double room in a bungalow in beautiful Perthshire

This is a lovely bungalow set in the pictureseque village of St Fillans alongside the River Earn and about 400m from the loch. Situated on the A85 the village is just over half an hour commute to both Perth and Stirling and 10-15 minuntes to Crieff. St Fillans is a small and welcoming community with lots of groups and events to join in.

I am the current tenant and I am looking for someone to move in and share the rent and bills as previous housemate has moved on. I run my own business, but also work part time for a charity working from home. I would prefer not to have a housemate who also works from home.

The house has been furnished by me, but it is possible to bring own bedroom furniture if preferred.
