Double room in quiet village, near Perth

Double room available in quiet village of Stanley. Around 9 miles from Perth just off the A9. Sharing with my other house mate, Archie. I likely won't be home much at all.

Archie is great, a young outdoor instructor and super helpful/friendly. It's great having such a nice guy there even while I'm away and it is important he shares with someone who is equally respectful and polite.

Listed building with modern interior. Spacious bathroom, kitchen, lounge and garden. Quiet village - would suit those who have a car.

The bedroom is freshly decorated, double bed with memory foam mattress.

There is plenty free on street parking right outside the house. A butcher's, Spar, village store and pharmacy offer basic supplies.

Bills included except TV licence.
