I am looking for a friendly lodger to share my beautiful new self build dormer bungalow with. Situated in a stunning friendly village very close to Builth wells, and lots of great walks nearby.

There is plenty of space, with use of large kitchen and utility room and a shared living room. You will have a private ensuite with shower, You are also welcome to help my garden lanscaping which is the only part left of the new build.

I am laid back friendly person and just looking for somebody else to make use of this beautiful home i have built, We will often not even know each other are home!
