A lovely quiet part of Brecon but within a five min walk to Brecon town. Own en-suite room with walk-in shower. The housemate will have a full run of the house and garden with all modern technology for a 2022 home. Your room has a double room with smart tv, Power rainforest shower. Great Wifi
The room is available seven nights a week but you could rent the room Monday-Thursday (5 nights) with a slight adjustment to the price if required. As for myself: I'm a semi-retired man that enjoys cooking and nice wines and my hobbies are IT and my dog, I'm not a party animal and you will normally find me tucked up in bed by 9/10 pm but up early. My house is in a lively quiet part of Brecon with the town just a short walk. The house has a nice garden and plenty of private parking with all the mod cons of a contemporary house.
