Quiet location with nearby leisure centre and local supermarkets within easy (5 mins) walking distance. Brecon War Memorial hospital a short walk a few minutes away.

I'm pretty active and train before/after work most days and on weekends. Most evenings I prefer to unwind and recover but I'm happy to chat too. I spend some time away in the week/weekends with my partner.
