Lodger to share my lovely cottage

Hi, I have a lovely cottage in Brecon, in a wonderful location adjacent to the river Usk.
To the left, It's just a few minutes walk along the river into the town centre and to the right it's a short walk to our beautiful promenade.
There is 1 good sized Double Room available.
A shared Kitchen, Open Plan Lounge/Dinning Room, Shower Room and Utility Room.
Theres a lovely Garden with lots of seating to enjoy.
It's a quiet spot and hard to believe that its so near to all the wonderful amenities that Brecon has to offer.
I'm a happy, social lady who works hard and it's really important to me that my lodgers are genuine, kind people who will respect and look after the house as if its their own .
