Large room in an end of terrace cottage

Hey everyone,

A year ago I moved into an end of terrace 2 bed cottage on The Struet, and it’s finally ready for another house mate ☺️

It’s a cute place but also pretty spacious. The room that’s free is on the 1st floor, west facing and is very large. It has a king size bed, wardrobe, desk, mirror, bedside tables etc. Bathroom is next door and my bedroom is upstairs and above the bathroom.

Location wise it’s on the Struet at the start of King Charles steps. Town is a 3 minute walk and the Groves walk along the Honddu in the woods is literally opposite the house!

I’m open to hearing from anyone, but ideally looking for someone who, like me, has a range of interests, and enjoys being out and about getting up to fun stuff - weekends I’m often away. I’m 33, work for a trade union (eg workers rights) and enjoy all things music and outdoors related. I can along with most people, but appreciate people who are passionate about things and are open minded. I don’t mind if we don’t share the same politics but I don’t want to live with people who are in anyway sexist, racist, homophobic etc.

I’m a respectful and tidy person to live with, and hopefully you’re the same! Im a big fan of open communication with people. I love cooking for other people so happy to consider communal cooking etc.

If you could please message and get across a sense of who are, when/how you tend to work (are you on shifts, full time working from home etc), what kind of things you like etc that’d be great 😊
