Double bedroom, midd Wales, Builth Well, Powys

Double furnished bedroom newly redecorated in cottage, parking, use of main living room etc. Newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons, I have a cat, very friendly. The cottage is clean and tidy and in very quite area I my last lodger stayed just over a year, they where doing a work placement as part of their uni course, they have gone back to uni. Nice garden patio to sit out if weather permits. The room is part of my home and all I ask is for people to respect that.
