Warm, comfortably furnished single bedroom available immediately. . Although this is a small bedroom there is a small private sitting room available for the lodger’s sole use. The sitting room contains an armchair, small tv with multiple channels via Amazon Firestick, a bookcase, chest of drawers and 2 occasional tables.
There is fairly limited storage space but there is wardrobe space available separate from the bedroom.
Bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities are available on a shared basis.
There is reliable internet and phone reception, and there is off-road parking.
This accommodation would ideally suit someone who is looking for a part-time solution to working/staying in the area.
You would need to be happy sharing with my cat 🐱!
