Double Room in beautiful hilltop home

*** BILLS INCLUDED**** I am advertising for a professional woman to share my beautiful home, which has panoramic sunset views of Snowdonia. Your space would be a double room, a dedicated shower room shared with another lodger, an office and shared lounge with wood-burner. Community spirit is paramount and you'd be joining a house of two women - I already have one female lodger. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The garden is massive and has a trampoline should the desire strike! We have a poly-tunnel for growing veg, lots of ancient trees, a community apple orchard and several outbuildings.

You'll have your own front door and private staircase up to your room which is in its own wing. The house is a 5 bed detached Welsh long house which has been imaginatively extended.

My family visit regularly so we often have a houseful.

I'm looking for someone friendly, interesting and creative who would enjoy sharing the occasional meal or glass of wine. Viewings welcome. More photos available if required.
