or possibly, replacement tenants
It has stunning views and light all around, being the whole 2nd / top floor of a lovely building.
It has been freshly decorated
It is mostly furnished. but some negotiable spaces:
1. Large double room is quiet, faces the morning sun and has an optional double bed and wardrobe in it at present.
2. Small double room faces west with great views- suit 3rd tenant or child or guest.
3. My room which is really a huge lounge
Large shared kitchen, with use of whiteware, cupboards and furniture.
Shared lounge on the huge top landing has all rooms opening off it and a window
Bathroom with loo, basin and shower HW tank and a window
Has TV aerials in 2 rooms
Price breakdown for 2 of us, monthly:
200 = Rent
100 = energy, water rates, council tax, broadband
(would reduce with a 3rd flatmate)
Flat is a smoke and drug free zone
No parking outside. No pets
A working tenant is preferred
I am the current tenant / flatmate, so a meeting with landlord will be required.
I am a tall lively creative active musical mature female (60). who likes straightforward honest people
