Double Room Available In shared House

Two rooms available upstairs in my house with upstairs shower and toilet .
There is also a third single room .
Would Consider renting the whole upstairs otherwise there are two doubles available .
Must be in work or education. No home workers unless additional costs covered .

I work from home and my 19 yr old neurodivergent son comes and goes between me and his dads .

I’m in the process of working out how to sell so this won’t be a long term rental but I know that it will still takes time and I probably not sell until spring.
Room available from 28th November . Current lodgers going back to Spain .
House has a big garden and there is also an acre attached with lovely views .
House has a big living room ( that a teen does occupy weekdays in the day) and a good sized kitchen and two bathrooms.

I work from home some of the time.
Be aware that you will be living with a teenager and pets and all that goes with this.
I have two lovely cats and a well trained happy dog.

I am not looking for someone who is looking for a quiet house - with kids and animals and me it is a busy house. I am not your typical landlady - and Id like to live with someone I get along with .

It’s important that any potential lodger has a similar world view to me . I am looking for an open minded person . Not sexist racist or homophobic.
