Double room available in 3 story townhouse

We have a double room up for rent in our 3 story beautiful listed townhouse. We're flexible on dates and situations - Monday to Friday or weekend lets ok, so are short term lets or possibly longer if it's a right fit.

Me and my partner Gidian live there but are away alot due to studying and other commitments. I work in social prescribing locally and also study herbal medicine full time, so I'm kept very busy often doing 50-60 hour weeks. Gidian is a heritage plasterer often working away a lot. We have one male housemate (36) who is due to leave at the end of April.

The house has a huge open plan living room on the top floor, with massive comfy sofas, a sofa bed, a smart TV and an extra space which is currently Gidian's music studio but this is being moved to a new location so the space will be free to set up whatever you like - exercise, meditation, reading area?

The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, a roll top bath and a new combi boiler.

The bedroom has been fitted with secondary glazing to keep the heat in and reduce noise. We can put a bed in there for you, a wardrobe and other bits if you need them, or we can leave it empty for you.

The kitchen has an 8 ring gas cooker, an open plan dining area with a new log burner. It leads out to our back yard which has a glass roof lean to pergola and is a real sun trap for growing plants.

We are very laid back, grounded, respectful and considerate people and it's important to us to find others who are the same to ensure it's a right fit.
