Room to Rent Llanfyllin

This room is located within a 2 story maisonette in the centre of llanfyllin within walking distance of all local amenities. It has a shared kitchen(with washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher ect), bathroom and living room(with tv) The rent includes council tax, gas (we have central heating), electric, tv license, and broadband. Also included are basic supplies ie washing up liquid, toilet paper, washing powder etc. The room is currently unfurnished, however basic furniture could be provided upon request.
