The house is situated on the edge of woodland, close to two other houses and 4 miles from Llanidloes. It is part of an organic farm which has a lively community of volunteers working on interesting land based projects. Good for people with an interest in sustainable living/the arts/community. Car/bike essential.
The property has a small garden, woodland, shared kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. Tenants are welcome to use land for growing or livestock on the farm

The room is for two people but would be cheaper (£300) for single occupant
Council Tax paid by landlord.
