The house is situated on the edge of woodland, close to two other houses and 4 miles from Llanidloes. It is part of an organic farm which has a lively community of volunteers working on interesting land based projects. Good for people with an interest in sustainable living/the arts. Not good for those wanting isolation.
The property has a small garden, shared kitchen and bathroom. Tenants are welcome to use land for growing or livestock on the farm

The room is for two people but would be cheaper (£60) for single occupant
