Welcome to our home. It's a nice calm space, with walks and runs from the doorstop. Up to the hills, into the forest, or down by the river.

Incase your new to Machynlleth, it being only a mile from the National Park offers a range of adventures and beaches aren't far. It's practical with a wide range of shops on the high street, weekly market (yes), a supermarket and several more that deliver. A train station and a bus station, make it quite practical.

The house is a three bedroom end-terrace, including a nature garden with some fruit and herbs, renewable electricity (hydro/wind/pv) deal, wooden floors, double glazing throughout, solar thermal hot water, underfloor heating (downstairs), radiators upstairs and a modern kitchen.

The rent includes bills (council tax and broadband) and gas/electric based on average usage.
