Large historic ex-barn and ex-beast-house in garden. Well equipped workshop available in beast-house.

Stunningly situated just below the top of Cefn Nantmel, with extensive views towards the Carneddau, Epynt and Pen-y-fan (Brecon Beacons). Ideal base for hill-walking/cycling.

Shared galley kitchen. small but has been shared between three lodgers and myself at the same time without problems . Electric cooker.. Separate fridge for lodgers.

Monthly fees cover rates, electricity, heating oil., bedding..
Grand piano, French Horn, Double bass, violin available. If I'm at home, loud music earphones only, please. Otherwise there are no close neighbours to disturb. Hi-fi, wi-fi and TV.
Help appreciated with small household chores,

Cardiff: 90 minutes.
Not really suitable for non car or motorbike owner.
Not for you if you need town amenities.
