Large Double Room

My Partner and I have a very large and fully furnished double room available to let Monday through to Friday (one person per room, Sunday evenings, occasional weekends and single nights also considered).

The property is a modernised detached bungalow situated in a quiet private area on the fringes of Newtown which will suit a professional working person.

The fee is £85 per week with all amenity bills included.

There is shared use of the kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available at the property and the room includes a TV with Freeview and Wi-Fi.

We are chartered professionals who work Monday to Friday and would expect someone whom is clean and tidy.

Note – Although the room is generally only available Sunday evening through to Friday morning it is secure and not accessed outside of this period. All belongings can be safely left in the room.
