As this is the landlords home, this room is unsuitable for party animals and is not to be used as a meeting place for friends.

Council tax & water included as room is part of owners house. Use of shared wifi also included. Electricity is by £1 coin meter for the room. Heating is electric.

There is NO PARKING with the room, it may be possible to park on the street in the evenings.

Single occupancy only. (this means it is for 1 person ONLY - no couples)

There is a rent a room contract in place.
