Newtown - We have a lovely large studio apartment available to rent; suitable for single occupancy. It has an en-suite with both a bath and a separate power shower.
We are looking for a professional person working locally, either short term or long term, looking for somewhere to base themselves whilst perhaps considering somewhere more permanent, although there is no limit on time.
The room is completely self-contained, has unlimited fibre broadband and is fully furnished with a kitchenette. There is a large car park with plenty of space, gardens & decking area in a great location just on the outskirts of town but within walking distance of the centre. Also shed space if required. The studio room is on it's own floor almost separate to the rest of the household, but sharing a large entrance lobby.
This is our happy home and we have 2 small friendly dogs & a 20-year-old cat. We are very amenable and will assist in any way we can. The room is fully furnished with King size bed, dining table, fridge/freezer, cooking facilities and private ensuite. Shared barbecue & decking area, lots of space for sunbathing & relaxing. Lots of parking. Available now. All bills: heating, hot water (own large tank), Council Tax etc are included. We also give access to the washing machine once a week.
