Double bedroom in friendly house

Double bedroom for rent in large, comfortable family home 10 minutes from Hay on Wye. Friendly laid back atmosphere to share with myself, my teenage daughter, 2 nice lodgers, one black lab and a slighty bonkers cat. It helps if you have a sense of humour. The house never feels busy or full so you can be as sociable (or not!) as you like. The room is on its own floor. We have a large garden with access to the river and good walks from the garden. We are on a bus route to Brecon, Hay on Wye and Hereford and plenty of parking.
Use of washing machine, wi-fi and sky tv.
Bills are included (except phone), references essential and non smoker preferred.
