Double room to let in a lovely semi rural location

I am looking for someone to share the lovely home where I live with my young border terrier. The cottage is in a semi rural location between Brecon and Hay on Wye. The bedroom is double in size and will be furnished appropriately. The tenant will have sole use of the family bathroom apart from occasional visits by friends and family and bathing the dog. There is a bath and an electric shower.
There are 2 sitting rooms and a large kitchen/dining room. The kitchen/ utility room have an electric cooker, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher.
There is ample safe parking for 1 car.
The house has a garden and large patio. A well behaved dog would be considered.
The property is in council tax band F
