Comfortable room in home near Glasgow airport

Spacious furnished large double room, in a comfortable Victorian house with lots of space for belongings. Good wifi signal etc. Good neighbourhood.
Range of local amenities within easy walking. Plenty of space in the communal kitchen, dining, living and conservatory areas / quiet garden/patio.
Rent stated full time includes bills and council tax.
Would consider different patterns of lodging other than 7 days for the right person by discussion/negotiation and shorter term periods.
The age range I have stated is preferred but have had younger lodgers which have also worked well and have stayed in touch with all.

Female lodger preferred, ideally someone closer to my age/stage .
Looking to share with a professional woman, hopefully with similar interest/ways of living. Finding a like minded person to share with is important. Non smoker is non-negotiable.

One bathroom primarily used by lodger and any occasional visitors.
There is a second shower/toilet available downstairs.
There is also a third small spare bedroom.

House is 10 minute drive to Glasgow airport. Train station on the Glasgow/Greenock/Wemyss Bay line is 2 minutes walking distance. Post office and local shops nearby. It is approximately 25 minutes to Glasgow Central by train. From Glasgow you can get trains to Edinburgh which take approximately 1 hour 15 mins or a wide range of other places in Scotland.

If interested please allow sufficient time to chat, view and for references/checks and lodger agreement to be prepared and to get a feel if sharing is going to work for both parties.

I am friendly, caring and sociable person. Enjoy travelling, nature, walking, and relaxing with friends and family. I was brought up in this area and know it, and Scotland, fairly well (and other parts of the UK). I like animals and nature.
I live relatively simply while currently still keeping busy with part time job, interests and friends. I am interested in meditation and spirituality.
I live fairly quietly, with occasional visitors staying over now and then. Would prefer to share with someone who lives similarly.
Very happy to chat and share a cuppa or meal and bit of company. Also will respect someone’s need to have own time and space and hopefully vice versa.. The house and garden is also large and spacious enough and set up quite well for that.

My first lodger was a 5 night a week family friend who lived here for 4 years till last 2021, since then I have had four full time female lodgers living here, one after the other, for longer term lets until job changes required them to relocate. Enjoyed sharing with all of them and the friendship developed from having each of them as lodgers.
