2 Rooms available in a medium flat in Erskine

Hi! I'm renting a property that's got 2 extra rooms that are unfurnished and available for someone to move into.

As a transgender person, I'm only looking for another transgender person - sorry!

I've occupied two rooms, so you'd have two rooms to use as you want! (I only recently moved in, so I'm storing stuff in one of the rooms - they'll be empty by the time you move in).

You'd need to sign onto the rental agreement separately to move in - happy to share details with you.

Bills are a bit extra on top - currently it'd be £30 electric/gas + £20 internet.
I'm on Universal Credit so I get council tax reduction, not sure how that'd work with others sorry

The property is in Erskine, just outside of Glasgow. Transport routes are primarily by bus - it's a little bit out there, taking around ~1 hour to get into Glasgow, or 20 minutes into Clydebank (with trains out to Glasgow or further).

Erskine is quiet, and quite suburban, so if you're interested in a peaceful place to live.
I'm a quiet person and tend to keep to myself, but I am game developer between jobs so happy to find someone likeminded.
