Double Room In Clean Lower Cottage Own Door Flat

Hi there iv decided to rent out my spare room I currently live here with my little dog gatsby (he’s super friendly and housetrained doesn’t bark unless there’s someone at the door) the flat is spotless brand new kitchen bathroom new carpets and bright and spacious rooms large rear garden (needs some work) I would be just asking for half the rent I pay which would be 235 and to half in with bills electric gas internet which in total would be about 30/40 a month for all this flat would suit someone rather laid back and who likes travelling (forever going road trips with the dog) also a five min walk from train station if you don’t drive. THIS WOULD NOT BE SUBTITLE FOR SOMEONE WHO LIKES TO PARTY as I like to keep the flat clean(ish) and fresh and I myself am not much of a drinker.
