Tennant will have full use of apartment and all facilities All bills included. Wifi and TV package. Fully furnished. I work away so tenant will have the flat to themselves. I only use spare room to keep some belongings.
Preferably female / non smoker / neat and tidy and respectful of property. Flat is located next to local shops and amenities. Supermarket literally across the road. Lots of nice walks and cycle routes close by.
