Ensuite Room in Paisley - Center!

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for someone to take over my ensuite room at Paisley, right in the city center, next to the station and UWS. The room would be available from January to July and rent would be £430 with bills, security, broadband, bike storage etc. all included and £100 deposit.

This is a single room with a double bed, wardrobe, table, chair, night table, etc. There is s private bathroom in the room. Long hallway which links to the kitchen and social space room, laundry room.

The kitchen is shared but fully equipped with all the necessary stuff. There is a shared social area with pool table and TV, laundry and studying area. The manager is on site during working days and hours, after that there is a security guard.

This is a perfect location in a very center of Paisley.
Close to train station, only 2 minutes, as well close to UWS, only 5 minutes walk. Train to Glasgow takes 10 min.
