Hello there,
I am looking for someone to take over my residency at the "MyPad" flats in Paisley with a contract ending on the 6th of July.

The room comes with an on suite toilet and all bills are included in the rent (Gas, electric, internet) . My room has easy access to the buildings launderette. The rent is paid monthly and is at a rate of £86pw. There is a £100 deposit. This is a standard room.

This flat has a shared kitchen with 2 cookers, sinks and fridges. You also have your own cupboard.

The building has its own security that operate in reception.

My Pad offers a Study Space as well as a Social Space for parties. They also offer scheduled social events giving the whole building a social calendar to look forward to.

The flats themselves are a 5 minute walk from UWS and a 10 minute walk from WCS. Here you are in the center of Paisley which gives you easy access to all the local shops and clubs. My Pad is located close to the train station that has regular trains to Glasgow and the surrounding area so you are never far from anything exciting.
