Room in the heart of Paisley - price negotiable

Hello,

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract from April (until open end).
I will leave because my studies here will be finished by the end of March.

The location is just convenient because it is next to the train station (Gilmour Street) that can take you to Glasgow within 10 minutes only. In addition, you are able to reach UWS Paisley by foot quickly (5 minutes walk, with the bike 1 minute) :D
The shops are just around the corner, so whenever you run out of food (or anything else), it is very easy to get to the supermarkets and shops.
Every day you will be passing the Town Hall as well as the Abbey, which is my favorite part of Paisley.

The room has white furniture: one big bed, a cupboard for your clothes, a desk with two drawers for stuff and a small table with drawers in it.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink.

Your room is opposed to the city centre side, which means that it is quite silent. But whenever you want to meet people, you can always go to the shared kitchen to talk to my lovely mates or play pool in the student leisure room.

You are able to save lots of money due to several reasons. First, the kitchen includes ovens, stoves, a microwave and many dishes. So you only need to buy the food you'll be eating. In addition, I already paid the deposit of 100 pounds, so you won't have to do that.
