I have a room booked with 'MyPad, Paisley' student accommodation which I am looking for some to take over for next year, (31/08/2019 - 04/07/2020, 44 weeks), but I must finalise this hand-over with the staff as soon as possible.

This student accommodation is located right opposite Paisley Gilmour Station (literally 30 seconds out the door), and is a 10-minute train ride away from Glasgow Central with trains being every 15 minutes or so. Being in the city centre, shops such as Iceland, Tesco & Morrisons etc are located nearby within walking distance.
