I have a Spacious flat in Paisley with a double room available.

Close to transport links, 5 min walk to Gilmour Street train station and town center

Train journey to Glasgow around 12 mins. Easy access to M8 motorway

10 mins walk to University of the West of Scotland

Glasgow airport only 1 mile away, 3 min drive

Broadband and all bills included in the rent

You will be sharing with me the livingroom/kitchen and bathroom. I am quiet, tidy and easy going and will respect your own space and privacy so would expect the same in return.

You will have the flat to yourself half of the time as I stay at my girlfriends alot.

I will need references and both of us need to sign a lodger agreement.
