Part furnished modern single room!

Hey, first and foremost sorry for the photos! I am not a photographer haha. I can take better more recent ones for those who show interest!

Currently looking for a flatmate to move into my lovely flat. I have a spare room. The table is now gone and currently have a temporary single bed in place whilst I get the new one from my parents. The room is essentially a blank canvas for what you want to do but of course with respect. I work full time and can be up early and as much as I enjoy a party, I do need to have some early nights. Preferably someone that moves in is respectful, tidy and someone I can be mates with.

The rent includes bills unless the usage of electricity goes up.

I’d be looking for someone to move in ASAP.

Flat is in centre of paisley and close to many transport links
