You just found one of the sunniest bedrooms in Paisley.
Facing the South East it lets in the sun's rays every morning. The atmosphere is quiet accompanied with birdsong and big trees.
The double room has 3 large windows with gas central heating. Freshly cleaned and painted.
The room comes with a double bed with a drawer cabinet.

I have vehicle so I can help if you want to bring furniture from your old place or shop.
The double room is at the opposite side of the house from my bedroom, so there is plenty of privacy. The double room is attached to a single room with a big window that can be used as a studio, reciever, office... or whatever you would like.
The toilet is shared, with towel heater, shower/bathtub. It is clean and functional.
The Kitchen has plenty of space. Complete with a fridge/freezer, oven and washing machine.
There is internet.
I'm pretty busy with work most of the time, but generally I'm also polite, open minded and I actually listen to you.
