Double Room to Rent in 3 bed end terrace house

Looking for a housemate for my 3 bed end terrace house.

Really good size of house plenty of space, all living areas are a decent size and are shared.

Room is recently decorated after the last housemate moved out

Double bedroom comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers etc, washing machine, kitchen, broadband, gas all included.

All bills including Broadband, council tax, Electricity and Gas are included in the rent.

Me and my partner work full time shifts doing early, late and nights

I have a Chocolate Labrador who is fully trained and very good natured so someone who doesn't mind dogs would be ideal, he has a dog walker but someone who wouldn't mind playing with him sometimes when im out etc

I like the outdoors and have a paddlebaord which I use often, I like to keep active in the gym and out and about.

There are good bus links to Glasgow and Paisley town centre, Airport is a 5minute drive away.
