Student room Paisley (female preferred)

Hi, I am Julie, I am a french student living in paisley and I go to UWS to study Criminal Justice, 3rd year. My flat is in the centre of paisley, very nice area and 3min walk from Morrisons, 5min from the train station. I am also working for Glasgow City Council.
I am vegan but if you aren’t vegan yourself, I won’t be too bothered.
In addition, I’ve got two adorable pet rats: Rémy and Jimbo.
In the spare bedroom, I usually store my stuff and my girlfriend’s too but if you’re interested, you’ll have a very comfy inflatable mattress and the rest will be pretty much empty for your stuff :)
The room isn’t furnished.
Important: I am only looking for a female flatmate who would be staying with me a year, more or less for a year.
