Ideal for mature Students as UWS is a 20 minute walk and 5 minute drive away. 5 minutes walk from Paisley Canal Station. Would only be suitable for someone wanting a quiet life and not drinking and partying on the regular.

Bills included. The flat is fully furnished and newly decorated. Please note if you plan to work from home, this might cause the electric and gas bill to increase, this would need to be factored into the rental payment.

I have a young puppy, so liking dogs is a must as there may be times she is home alone with you while I’m at work. She’s a delight and loves a cuddle.
