Large Double Room in Paisley for a Female

Hi!

I'm looking for a girl to replace me in my current room. The room is large with a king sized bed and a spacious built in wardrobe.
The flat is on the top floor of a tenement building has and is split across two floors inside. The kitchen and living room are on the lower level and each floor has its own bathroom shared with one other person. The vacant room is on the upper floor and the bathroom would be shared with one other girl (Rhea - she's lovely!)

Please note the furnishing in the room includes a bed and a bedside table. The rest of the furniture in the pictures is my own.

Bills:
- Gas/Electricity: £40.32 per month (from July)
- Council Tax: £40.50 per month
- WiFi: £7.75 (paid to Rhea)

Other amenities/perks:
- TV included
- Plates, cutlery, pots, pans and basic kitchen equipment: microwave, toaster, kettle
- Location: right next to Paisley canal train station, there is also a bus stop infront of the building. Paisley Gilmore street station is a 10-15 min walk.

Parking:
The parking at this address is not ideal. The precise pricing can be found on Renfrew council parking websites. They charge £135/month for a parking permit... Ridiculous I know, unfortunately we can't do anything about it.
