Great flat near the Paisley centre, fully furnished and with close grocery shops.
As I am in the current flat living I am helping find someone who is responsible, clean and chill to share the flat with myself.
I am a young professional working in the renewables field and my work makes me travel quite a lot. Therefore the flatmate who’s wanting to move in would have to take care of the flat on their own to keep it tidy.
I am quite chill. I enjoy working out, outdoor activities and Brazilian jiujitsu, I enjoy having cooking and discussing any type of topics.
The bills would be split between me and the candidate , especially the electricity as this is a top-up system where we would do a 50/50 payment once it runs out.
When it comes to cleaning, it would have to be a weekly cleaning between the candidate and myself rotation.
