You'll also have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom and free to use the common facilities such as the sofa, kettle, grill etc. You will need to provide your own food shopping and toiletries, however we can discuss splitting bills for commonly used things such as toilet roll etc if you wish.
The flat is a 5 minute walk to the train station, 20 minute walk to Glasgow Airport and a 8- 10 minute walk to Puregym, Lidl and the town centre.
Ideally, I would be looking for someone who will stay at the flat for at least 6 months for the given price per month of 540 ppm. Shorter lets of 3 months will be considered, however the price will be increased to 600 ppm. The costs include all basic bills including your council tax.
